We want to equip leaders with the necessary tools to guide an organization on its trauma-informed journey.
Trauma Smart offers leaders the unique opportunity to engage with trauma-informed content specifically geared toward the leadership role. By the end of the series, leaders will have the skills to model trauma-informed care in their practices as their reports work to implement them into their environment.
Leading with a Lens
- Each leadership cohort receives a 3-hour training followed by a series of consultation sessions for ongoing application and learning.
- Training and consultation services may be delivered in-person or virtually.
- Objectives include:
- Ensure leaders develop and sustain an understanding of trauma-informed care.
- Assist leaders in applying trauma-informed tools within their individual role and organization.
- Support leaders in building an environment of relationships that enables a whole system shift toward trauma-informed care.
